Terms of use

The service: every matchday you predict the fixtures with your group; the app fills in the results, works out the points and orders the standings. It is free while the product is being validated.

Money: PRONOQ does not charge, hold or move money, and there is no payment gateway anywhere. If your group plays for a prize, the app only records the agreement — who owes whom, and a "paid" mark that solely means someone said so. The agreement is yours and is settled between you.

The account: it is created with your email and a password, and you are responsible for keeping it safe. You can delete it whenever you want from your profile.

Results: they come from external sports data providers and may be delayed or corrected. If an official result changes, points are recalculated and the adjustment is recorded.

The service is provided as-is during validation: it may change or be interrupted. Abusive use — guessing other people's codes, mass login attempts — may lead to account suspension.

Privacy

What we keep: your email, the name you choose, your language, your groups, your predictions and points, and the pot entries your group records.

What for: to make the pool work — your account, your groups and the verification and recovery emails. Nothing else: no ads, no profiling, and we never sell or share your data with anyone.

Who sees it: the people in your group see your name, your predictions (only from kick-off), your points and the pot entries. Outside your group, nobody.

Where it lives: the database runs on our own server in the European Union. Emails are delivered by Brevo, which processes your address for that purpose only. Your IP address is used solely to rate-limit login attempts and its record expires with that window.

Your rights: you can view and correct your name and language from your profile, and delete the account right there — your personal data is removed and your group's pot entries are left without your identity. For anything else, write to the mailbox PRONOQ's account emails come from.

How long: for as long as you have the account. Once you delete it, that's it.

Cookies

Only the essential ones, and none from third parties: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking.

There are two: the session cookie, which keeps you signed in, and the language cookie, which remembers whether you read PRONOQ in Spanish, English or Catalan.

That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. You can delete them from your browser at any time; the session one dies on its own when you log out.
